I'm just hangin on this... Green bar... Heh hehe This was fun to do!
I used gimp for the glow affect on my eyes, the rest was done ENTIRELY in Microsoft paint! but I have to say the little fluffy base was to cute! (and yes, in the original lineart it has been okay'd for it to be used for normal cats)
