Made another chara. he's a raccoon fox.
His names astro
he wears energy sucking cuffs. they draw energy around him. and double the output giving him extra strength. the cuffs can't get wet or they will short. And then he's back to hand on hand combat. moves include a slashing power claw, power drain punch, sweeping low kick, a energy ubsorbing block and lastly an energy sheild. as for the bottoms of his shoes that is how he drains/uses energy.
he most recently started boot training with G.U.N
He does have clothes they'll. Be posted soon.
