Okay, I found the problem. Apparently I ran the "Despeckle" filter a few too many times and wiped out a part of the border on Drew's cone, causing the overflow. Here's the fixed one.

Once again, the picture and dragon are copyright  pokelai, who can do a much better job of coloring when he has the time. Raccoon Drew is copyright himself.

And I have no idea if he likes vanilla, really...
