This is Selos; the mutant crocodile. I decided to update him one more time since I wasn't completely happy with the one I did months ago so I had another go at drawing him. I was thinking of this as a little 2014 update for him.

Selos is still the croc we know today. His change came from an experiment he decided to do. It was his choice. He always thought that he wasn't always his right self. And he knew why; the mutations he had were actually forms. He wasn't in his true form. He is still a mutant croc, but all the forms he had were different variations of him. The form with the four arms was in fact a backfire from a transformation. Anyway, Selos decided to ask the scientists at his base if they could find his true form. It took a while before they found out how he transforms. It turns out that he had a small chip inside his head that didn't belong to him. That chip was causing him to transform him between forms except his true form. For each 4 months he transforms which were made to look and feel like mutations. The scientists decided to remove the chip from his head so he can be free. Selos wanted to know who planted the chip in the first place but it was 25 years ago. The corp or person who did it is probably dead. Selos now had the freedom of transforming into his forms whenever he wanted. He cannot create new forms though (coz I don't want him to turn into a Mary Sue) He still works in the military and still at the same base as before. He is now an apprentice instead of private.

Selos' true form is in fact a 7 foot, 400 pound, black skinned mutant with four arms, four eyes, a crocodile tail and t-rex like toes with a unusually small claw on the outer toes. Selos calls it ''The Black Heart'' since he looks black and he is somewhat friendly. He may become viscous at times but that's only in defense. He gets bullied so he either relies on Sandstone to take care of them or defend for himself which means he may get in trouble. He always sticks by Sandstone's side as much as he can. He sees him as a bigger brother (despite Selos being taller than him). Sandstone likes to have Selos by his side since he is probably the only person who understands his hostility and stands his viscous personality.
Even if Selos is in his true form he is still a friendly person. He is no longer depressed despite being a mutant. He used to be on pills but stopped taking them now. Mostly because Sandstone spotted him and decided to try and make him feel better. He only took them because of Sandstone. Around friends he will become cute, sweet and humorous. Even around Sandstone who often returns a friendly joke. Selos may be friendly but he can become hostile if he has to. He's not good at fighting but s good with firing a gun. However, shooting is not tolerated outside the shooting range so he is considered defenseless. When he gets in a fight he tries to scare them off as much as he can. If it fails he'll attempt to bite or even threaten them with a mutation to them. Despite the hostile side of him, he tries to keep his friendly side as much as he can.
Sandstone wears a dark grey tactical vest, winter camouflage military pants and black combat boots. He also wears black spiked belts around his arms. His right arm contains a bio-tank embedded into his right arm. The hose exits from his palm and uses it to shoot the toxin like Iron Man. He only uses it when necessary and when he runs out of the stuff he heads to the lab to get a refill
