I did watch a good deal of the video. I have been trying to find ways to get that nice smooth shading you have done on your art down pat since i love how volumetric you shading techniques give to your work. I've never thought about using the water color brush before. So I will definitely be experimenting with it and seeing if I can adapt your technique to my style of work.
I don't use water tool so often though, it was pretty much an experimenting aswell.
I usually go with a custom brush (somthing with middle blending and lower persistence) to do the mixing.
Water tool looks cool, but doesn't give much of a "fur" detail, more like a blurred shadow.
I used both that custom brush and the water too in that video.
