I just do it. I find there's less need to story board if you're makeing an animation by yourself.

That makes sense to me. I was just wondering if there was still a need to figure out the action in advance if you were doing all of the animation yourself.

If the animation is long, then yes, I think you’ll need at least some form of outline, or game plan. For a short shot like this, I just go straight at it.
