Second part! Featuring his other dragonboy OC, Seiryuu! (Or Sei for short. ;) )
His cosplay version is Jellal!
Since Sei is technically a 'villain' character, and Michat told me I could pick any outfit, I chose the one he wore during the Tower of Heaven arc when he was still a bad guy. (Plus, let's face it...hoodie-longcoats are cool XD)
