Blobs that grow up really huge don't use their powerful vacuum power to get their prey, because it's not very practical when you can inhale entire forest in one breath. Instead of it, blobs can use their very long, flexible and extremely sticky tongue to wrap the prey and pull it into its huge maw, swallowing it whole and then quickly reducing to goo in their stomachs. This primitive forest man will soon find out how squishy and warm is the creature's belly!
