I thought this wouldn't take so long, but then I was reminded how much I suck at creating chibis XD Created using GIMP. I do so hope the one it was made for enjoys it.

the hair is the weave pattern. The tail has the same meaning as the knot fish's tail before, it even has the weave pattern on it. The eyes I wanted to shape similar to a fishes but not exact, then I made them that blue because I wanted them to look deep and hazed- like the ocean, to symbolize your deep well thought out mind, deep like the ocean. The shirt I tried to make like scales to symbolize their complexity and how well it can be hidden but it ended up not looking very scale like. The shirt was a normal demon shirt, my way of saying, 'despite all these things, they are normal in their own way, they are themselves, they are not rushing to wear things that do not suit their heart'. I wanted the mouth a fish mouth shape but still a mouth shape, that is why the lips look that way.
