Just an experiment I'm doing: the comic adaptation of a story I had written a few years ago. I made also an animated short film based on it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VbaHxgN1eUY
It is the story about a lone and cynical dog called Ray, who inhabits an alley and shuns all the other stray animals.
When he was a puppy, his mother and brothers were killed by a young man called Frederick Phelps, who, apparently without reason, is in the habit of battering to death stray dogs and cats.
This childhood trauma made him what he is today.
One rainy night, Ray meets a bitch called Lighteyes, who's asking for refuge. He strangely doesn't drive her away, and they spend the night together.
In the meanwhile, something strange is happening in the city: people mysteriously die, probably because of a new kind of disease transmitted by dogs...
