So the 11 Unit of the "My" Gotei 13 is up. Here we have Captain Xemnes and his trusted Vice Captain Salem. Their weapons are called Izanami (She who invites) named after a goddess of creation and death and Pyupyu (Whistling Wind) respectively.
Xemnes release phrase is 'From life and death!' and Salem's is 'Let's play together,'

I can't take credit for Salem's weapon, one of the few not designed by me. It's a personal take on a weapon i seen in a pic on dabooru. Would love to find that reference, but I cannot.
