Reach cliff cave but to initiate the quest you must talk to the priest of Arkay in Markoth who asks you to find out who is disturbing the corpses in the hall of the dead, then a woman finds you in the hall of the dead, go with the first responses which is along the lines of "what are you talking about or what do you mean" agreeing with her begins the quest. tell the priest that the hall is safe at that point then go to reachcliff and be careful there is usually a sabercat or cave bear near the cave, the woman will accompany you in if you wish then fight the draugher. after completing that part she asks you to get the priest from before, you must bring him and kill him once he lays on the table then eat him to obtain the ring
