New assignment in art class: draw a black-and-white poster for the Open Mike that we have regularly at our school! All the posters are hand drawn by students and don't really need to be anything specific except reading "Open Mike," "Hate Free" and leaving space for extra info (hence the blank spot on the upper right). I enjoyed the freedom with this one!
Originally it was going to be of my character Matsuri, and it was thus inspired but I wasn't supposed to use color so she just ended up being a generic wolf. :3

My first time doing a serious high-contrast drawing and I actually really enjoyed it, as much as I love playing with color! Next to work on would be textures and gradation of tone.
