"I don't need blade or magic to defeat you ... have at you!"

A while ago  taala did this particular piece of artwork - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/12087071/ - in the style of a comic being drawn by a friend of hers,  drdubz ( /plug ). I thought the overall style and setting of the piece was awesome so I asked taala to do a commission in the same rough, combat-oriented style.

The result: Shi'ran about to punch a bitch in the face. o3o


Personally, I never saw Shi'ran as the "rock-hard-abs" kind of guy (I pictured him having less-defined muscle mass on account of his upbringing and stuff), but I guess taala enjoys drawing them (and the teeth owo) and I'm not going to complain because it probably makes him look far more intimidating. Also yes, he totally only has three fingers. Technically Windragons don't even have thumbs, but screw that noise he's got thumbs. >w>

I also really liked how she dealt with his mannerism of keeping his forearms covered-up but without using the bracers he's normally drawn with. Sports tape, woo! I might keep it like that from now on because of the rushed, half-assed 'this'll do' aesthetic of it. :3
