I had a very bad tendency of playing way too many video games and never getting anything done. By random, I watched a youtube movie that a guy posted about how he tried many things to handle his video game addiction and eventually finally found this website called chains.cc I've started using it and I'm much better about staying on task since then. Basically, it's like a daily to-do list in combination with the "Don't-break-the-chain" concept and allows quite a few options for you to design them. I can't say anything for sure, but it could help you out. There are also groups on it, but frankly I just don't care for them.
