These are the standard firearms commonly found among the regiments of the DHAC forces, predominantly the Bande Archoni (Royal Army). and the Bande Fedoeratii (Provincial Troops and Auxiliary Forces, occasionally encompassing Foreign Legions as well).
FROM TOP TO BOTTOM
ARR-27. .47 cal semi-auto rifle. 15 round magazine. Solid shot and tracer rounds. Can also fire spigot operated rifle grenades and other spigot operated items.
ARR-29c. .47 cal semi-auto carbine, favored by cavalry troops (Uhlans in particular) and scouts. 10 round magazine. Solid shot and tracer.
ASW- 26. .40 cal sub-machine gun, 25 shot magazine.
* Notoriously called the "Backstabber" or "Toe Fiend" among the armed forces of the Hegemony and beyond. This is due to the weapon's unreliable safety mechanism. That being that there is none. *
DAK-34. 20 mm auto-cannon. 40 round ammo drum. Solid shot, Tracer, Explosive, 'FLAK', and armor piercing shot as well. Used by Drakes and other large scale anthros only.

Heavy: *Looks at the DAK-34* Yes...... I like this new weapon........ Urlic is credit to war economy.
As for the "back stabber", I can understand around WW1 early SMGs might not have them, but if that is not the prime inspiration, then who was the bigot who forgot to design a safety mechanism? But these are good guns, but I'd have to go to the gym if I want to use any of them.

bigot? O-o
Eh, those flaws would continue to plague firearms for a long time after WW1. The Tokarev pistol that was a common sight for officers to wear in the Soviet army all the way up till the 80s had a series of major flaws in it's design. One of which was that if the grip was squeezed, the gun would go off. This collector of old firearms I know told me a saying they have in the gun collector community: "Friends don't give their friends' a Tokarev".
The safety for the PPshw was garbage too, but it was a great gun regardless.

Yeah, there is alot of UK based swears, others like, Smeg head, plunker, (pronouced pl-oo-nker I guess, look up Only Fools and Horses if you want it hear it said correctly.) twat, peleck and good ol' wanker.
Wasn't a fan of that gun anyway, now you gave me a well good reason why I wouldn't want it, shame getting guns are a bitch to get over here. The hand gun I always rely on is a good ol' .45. Speaking of the PPshw, I gave it a nickname one time. "The commie Tommy".

I know those, there's also Git and Slag.
I'm saying bigot, because as far as I've known, bigot has been used as a term for a racist or prejudiced person.
I'm sure the nickname has been in use before, but that did make me crack a smile on the commie tommy bit.
Alot of firearms aren't 100% safe at any estimate. I think one in every couple hundred M4s and M16s has a defective bolt assembly. The 100mm for the T-54/55 had a habit of one in every 50 rounds being a dud.
