If anyone is familiar with BlazBlue Cronophantasma You should know Amane Neshiki. If not Amane is a leader of a traveling dance troupe and is a very Femminin looking man (Yes Amane is a guy). He isn't Gay by any means, he just admires beauty and is respectful to those who are skilled Fighters (Or dancers as he calls them).
I don't know why but I find him hilarious so I wanted to draw him as a Meinshao (I feel sorry for Carl.).
