The ear tips and the fur on the tips of their ears never stop growing. Some may grow faster or slower than others, but this is the general rule. The same can go for their horns. They grow as they age, so while males typically have bigger horns, an older female may have larger horns, or another male of the same age may have bigger or larger horns.
Obviously, since one of the most obvious traits of any Langurhali is their individual mutations which can vary from obvious but not-too-extreme to being born with no limbs and two heads... they may be missing an ear, have a deformed one, curled-up ears or freakishly large lop rabbit-esque ears.
The examples show the usual variations; different placements of ear tufts and variation/deformities in the ear lobes.
