The one asking the question was probably asking what care products you use for hygiene. You know, shampoos, conditioners, oils, temperature of water while bathing; things of this nature.
...Personally, I use salicylic acid shampoo and some nice conditioner. The shampoo uses an acid as kinda a microscopic scrub that helps exfoliate the scalp and prevent that nasty flaking effect known as dandruff. The conditioner just puts whatever minerals and vitamins back into my hair, after the shampoo strips it out of the hair.
