I made graham cracker chocolate chip cookies, and then dipped them in marshmallow candy, because s’mores.

Marshmallow coating is a limited edition thing from Wilton, I want to snag a few more bags before they are discontinued. I used one bag of chips for these, if I wanted all of the cookies coated I probably would have needed 2-3 bags. http://www.wilton.com/store/site/pr.....m?sku=1911-400
