My guess is that "Poison Joke" has not only created an "Apple Teeny", but given Apple Bloom her sister's cutie mark.
I think Apple Bloom would be happy to have a cutie mark. Though, I think she'd eventually decide to go to Zecora for help. After all, she and the crusaders haven't worked so hard just so she could have the same cutie mark as Apple Jack.
