I've been trying out new recipes, adding vegetarian dishes to my repertoire for variety because while I LOVE savory dishes, sometimes I don't necessarily want meat.
I tried the lamb sausage at my local butcher's and was horribly disappointed. That stuff was rank. Too much garlic and waaaay too much salt. In the end, it wasn't entirely useless. I cooked it some more to release as much of its flavorful oil as possible and then it went into the trash.
