Well ive been meaning to do more of these but i just haven't had the time. but now i did and so here we go
Here is a reference of my character Ricky showing off his proportions and overall look. i gotta say he has changed a bit from when i first made him but im pretty happy with the results.
im also happy with the chibi version i made of him. i used to draw chibi's when i first started drawing anime but not for a few years. But now i can again and i gotta say he looks pretty cute :3
anyway enjoy everyone and i hope this helps out anyone who wants to draw him (with my permission of course)

I do love this, but I had a niggling nitpick I couldn't pinpoint till now. Tis not so much to do with the art as more towards how you list out the characters details. I guess I like the more orderly way you presented such details with your own ref you did in the past. I know this is personal opinion over actual critic but it did look nicer all straight and in tidy transparent boxes. Also liked that it had a nice background summery too but then you can't expect that with every ref.
There is an actual critic there for the art but I honestly can't pinpoint it as if there is one it is very subtle, at least for me. I dunno. I'm not the best at critic unless the flaws are, in my own opinion, glaring and in which case this doesn't have any imo.
I do love this and perhaps I will consider commissioning you for a ref of my zard form if you are up for such a commission (and of course have slots available). ^.=.^
