Sandy and Ares talk a bit about the unnaturally cold weather, while staying warm inside a local cafe.
Now, some might say that it's "Climate Change" that's causing all of this strange weather phenomena, but really, I think we all know what the real reason is.
Namely, Snow Sprites; and their collusion with the Secret Hamster Cabal, so as to drive down sardine sales and reap untold profits from the unsuspecting populace!

Actually, Sandy lives in the state of Texas; which you can read more about here ---> ( http://www.furaffinity.net/view/5012220/ ).
For the sake of the commission though, maybe it could be said she's visiting someone in another state? :? I don't know, I just heard "put Sandy in a sweater" and the rest kinda happened. ^_^;
