Here's a screen-shot of Adobe Lightroom 2 Beta, the package that has allowed me (along with a 4G mem card) to switch over to raw files. This thing is the absolute bomb! It's incredibly easy to use, very powerful, and it feels like it was written by a pack of professional photographers. I'm not going to go into any features here because there's just too much (dual monitor support anyone?) If you're into digital photography at all this is the package you want, hands down. This is an example of what it can do with a seriously underexposed picture. Work with this and everything you do will be transported to another level.
