Okay, so as adorable and absolutely awesome as the sketch commission was...
Etuix just made it 100x better by coloring and shading it for me.
At the con we weren't able to look at my reference picture to show her my tattoos too well so I gave her the freedom to draw any tribal pattern she felt looked good. While coloring it she took it upon herself to look back through and fix my tattoos to match my reference sheet!!!
Clearly she takes a lot of pride in her work, and I would completely recommend her to anyone who asked/was looking for an artist.
