I just got a little idea how this could continue. I hope you dont mind if I post it here:
Fluttershy walked over to Applejack and smiled warmley at her friend, as she hold the half taped diaper up.
Fluttershy: "Well, It looks like the diaper fits. But you seemed to forget the foal powder."
Applejack: "Fluttershy. I dont nee..."
Fluttershy interrupts her friend with a hoove to the lips and says: "Shh... its alright. Thats nothing I cant fix."
She placed the shocked Applejack on the soft carpet and began to undo the diaper. She took a bottle with Foal Powder from the diaper bag and began to sprinkle a bit in AJ intimate area.
Applejack: "Really, Fluttershy. I don hmm!"
Fluttershy put a Pacifer in her friends mouth and silenced her. She cooed at the Farm Pony: "It's alright, sweetie. I will have you nicely padded in no time."
Fluttershy then starts to rub the foal powder around Applejack's area. Applejack blushed for embarrassment and began to suckle on her paci to calm her nerves.
After Fluttershy was finished, lifted she the front of the diaper beetween Applejack legs and placed it on her belly. She placed the tapes from the sides tigh on the front of the diaper. But not so tigh it would be feel to fixed.
She then patted her friend on her thick, diapered butt and says: "Well? Feels it not good to have a nicely padded butt?"
Applejack suckled with red cheeks on her Pacifier and could only nod.
