The way you do texturing and lighting is simply breathtaking :)
If I had to critique one thing, I'd say his right upper arm looks a bit short and the lower arm (the one that is lying across his head) seems comparatively long.

So pretty! I love the lighting and just augh. The shading on that bed sheet. ;3;
One thing that seems off, though, is the belly button seems to be a bit too high and off-centered from where it should be.

its' actually accurate, the waist line of the garment is below the hips and across the pubic area giving the illusion it's too high up. :)

Huh! Maybe. xD That's what I originally thought, but I just wasn't too sure.

You've added bounce, reflective, specular, and even mixed the tones of the fur with ambient lights. Very cool. (those are terms in game development -- maybe not traditional media >.<)
