Ok so...she's either a rat or a mouse, but she's made of a mix of things in SL (including a skunk) soooo...yeah.
Just a quick draw for my best friend. C: Lots wrong but overall it's still cute I think.
I'm also starting to really not even care about signing my work. I just...don't care. xD That's probably a bad thing but oh well.

For some reason, artists who pick on their own work are usually the ones that improve the fastest.
Some little technical problems, yeah, sure, but as said, VERY Cute overall. ^-^
Especially like what you did with the ankle cuffs. I may have to steal that idea!
Little note a rather accomplished artist shared with me years ago... don't point out your artistic mistakes, and more often than not, people won't notice.

Well I believe that the moment you become satisfied with your own art is the moment you stop improving...so I will continue to pick on my own work (at least to myself) forever and ever so i can keep improving. :)
Thanks! Those leg warmers are not my idea though..they are an item designed in Second Life. They are super cute and I adore them. (I own a pair for myself as well)
Very true very true..It's hard for me to not see them..they seem to grow and take over the whole image in my mind. hahaha In some cases I like to point them out in hopes that someone will tell me how to fix them..but I don't have many artist friends so the chances of that are slim.

Complacency is the opposite of improvement?
Welll... maybe not opposite, but it sure doesn't help much, huh?
Hurrah for improving, even if it means loathing your own work. :-P
If you can POSSIBLY make it to a fur con and do some drawing there, MAKE friends with some good artists, offer to draw for them, and have then be RUTHLESS CRITICAL about techniques and technicalities and stuff.
Aside from practice, that's about the best way I know to improve. Hope that helps!
