A girl I got from  armanistrong (S-i-m-p-l-y on dA, whom she originally got from claddez). Since I already had a girl by the name Cindy, I had to swap names. And I chose Videl (Because I've been in a DBZ mood as of late).

Bio: Videl is a generally sweet woman who is often seen downtown helping folks out in need and strolling to the park. She also has a part time job in hairstyling, and her style of work involves bringing styles that seem out of trend back in trend. She's had some success in doing so, but overtime it began to be a huge hit. However, Videl prefers working clean as she has been known to give a customer a free hair wash before she works her magic and that's the reason why so many see her every now & then.
