One night on endless sillyness, I looked at a wad of clay and the unused set of large yellow eyes. The gears in my silly head turned (Uh oh.), then gryphonloaf was born.

one of those unproportionate little things that make you go awww. or maybe a chibi version of a gryphon... I can barely imagine the faces they would make if the gamemaster announces a wild gryphon approaching the adventurers and then places thus little guy inbetween them.
