It's Ryoho in his human and dragon form :D
Ryoho is a white dragon turned black. He has a little bit of pure in him still, which is why the white is still in his hair, and the eyepatch on the dragon.
He's the son of two sea dragons, so he was, of course, a sea dragon himself- just white :)
He has no wings. He has no horns. Only claws. (he has four legs, like Hi) So the humans don't go after him much for weapons.
He turned black because he was captured by humans and tortured! :o
No scales, he's rubbery... like a dolphin XD
