Twilight Sparkle and Fluttershy tie as my favorites. I also really like Rarity and Octavia too.
The other question though, that's a difficult choice. Honestly, I love all four of these big ladies and Pinkie isn't looking half-bad either. Twilight, Dash, and Celestia seem to be tied at the moment, but that isn't very fair to the other two. I might have to get back to you on that one.
Those faces though. When someone sees a face like that looking at them, they're know they're in for a ride (whether they want it or not).

Among these I think my favorite would have to be Twilight Sparkle, though my personal favorites remain Rarity and Fluttershy. Regardless of preferences though, I have to say that all of them look really wonderful, not just for their bodies but also the sheer personality they give off - they all just look so confident about their size, and even Pinkie Pie has a very noticeable presence despite being small. I also really love the choice of clothes, they give just that extra bit of flavor to make it all even better, especially that tracksuit Rainbow Dash has on, and Twilight looks great with glasses.
