They're both my original characters:
Ramunas (the giant with the tiny glowing crown) and Nagore (the girl with antlers)
He created her from universe energy and his own flesh (that's why he has the skeleton arm and face)
I will not mention the reasons of why he has done this now...
Its a long story and I must have been pretty high when I created it... (justkidding :V)
