It is really good. How long did it take you to draw?

Drawing, maybe about 3-4 hours (slow sketcher). Painting, 20 or so hours.

You always create such beautiful textures. The fur is so gorgeous and soft and I love those eyes. They're like jewels! And that lighting is beautiful!

the sun coming through the trees is simply stunning....loves it!

looks great! in the skecth he looked more leaned-back, but this works well. he seems to think "today is a good day to live!".
great atmosphere of a warm fall noon in the forest. did you use actual photos on some structures?
I was about to say something about wet leave's remainders ont eh concrete walk, until I realized they were shadows of a conga line of leaves going with the wind. :) nice detail.

Well, I put the line art on its own separate layer above the color layers. :) That way, I can adjust the opacity of just the line art layer and make it as noticeable or unnoticeable as I want. :D Also, at the end after I finish the character, I merge all layers of the character, including the line art and shadow layer, and then pull some of the fur out, which covers the line art.
