this is the first generation hybrid exoskeleton which was replaced by the second gen exoskeleton ( https://www.furaffinity.net/view/13199987/ ) which is lighter, less cumbersome, cheaper to produce and plays towards the superhuman dexterity and agility of the E-Series hybrid.

after all its not a great idea to adding 5x its own weight in additional armor to a main battle tank



the object attached to the frame's left arm is a inertia lance, a close combat weapon usually mounted to E-Series Tiger exoskeleton frames. whenever the hybrid punches the the target the lance is launched forward by inertia (plus the housing is piston loaded) to pierce armor, flesh and bone alike.
in the image the weapon is set in travel mode (where the lance is locked half way so it doesn't hinder moment and is partially ready).
