I debated using this picture for the Recipe display, but I felt this picture didn't really encompass the feeling of a "Whole Roasted Duck." While it's simple, and yet elegant, I'm glad I used the other picture to really show how beautiful a Family Style Presentation can be. For something a bit more intimate and romantic, I suggest this sort of presentation. Served with Mashed Potatoes and Spinach Salad.
