Your second Pikachu does look much better than the first one, so big ups to you on that. Hands, feet, body, and tail all look to be in correct proportions and shape. The face still looks a bit odd, though. I know the nose is still small and the mouth a little too big, but the mouth I can let slide. Big happy usually means big open smile. However, now there's something with the eyes...I think they might be spaced a little too far apart. I'm not sure, so don't take my word on it.

I'm just feeling very critical at the moment.
