Successful climb from the south side on Sunday in great weather. Mt. St Helens was slumbering, the post 1980 eruption lava dome steaming below as Mt Rainier, Adams, and Hood shone white with snow on the horizon in all directions.

If you're sitting on your butt inside, I only got one piece of advice for ya...
