hehe, yeah.
I like the full size MP5 more personally due to it being slightly more accurate (more weight = less recoil)
but if i was to choose any pair of weapons, it'd be a Five-seveN and a FAMAS
definitely. FAMAS G2 is almost a hybrid of SMG and Rifles, so its a very good balance, its bullpup form makes it light, and its smaller cartridge makes it precise.
I dont see why people dont pay the FAMAS much attention outside of cod blops though...

same...
looking in video games for a sec here, which weapons end up being the most effective in most cases?
the bullpups.
L86 LSW, FAMAS, AUG, P90, SVU Dragunov...
the list goes on.
The only real drawback of bullpups is the magazine location. its a fair distance from your reloading hand/paw/hoof/tentacle, so taking the mag out and inserting a new one can get fiddly at times...
Still though, they are lighter than the equivalent non-bullpup weapons, and are of course, easier to carry and use, often more ambidextrous and, in my opinion, prettier too!

I would prefer the TAR21 after all. Morerecoil, yes. But if you can control the beast you have a tough nd powerful alround weapon. Its not that huge but the long inner barrel makes it precise and it lays good in your hands. In the beginning the recoil might bump you, but after a while you really get into it.
And yes, they ARE prettier and lighter. And in my opinion the mag location is not a real issue. To me it's not. I would always prefer a bullpup but a regular built weapon.
The most prettiest design is the imaginary weapon APS UAR (Urban Assault Rifle), which sadly only exists as an airsoft gun, made by APS.

It's thin, short with a long inner barrel, bullpup and highly modable.
Gonna buy one sooner or later. ~230$

now, the issue ive got now though, is i HATE the models that bill louis and francis have, the other 5 are fine, but since i havent the foggiest clue how to create models (only textures) then im stuck with what i have currently.
but seriously, if you read the story im working on you will be able to compare some of the chars in it to the screenshots i have... hang on, ive not uploaded any yet X3
could you get me a brain please? x3

And yes, it is an airsoft xD
In Germany you are not allowed to own a semi-automatic non-pistol weapon. We have an additional law, called like "law of controlling weapons of war" which says (shortend) that only the military and the police are allowed to own and/or use such weapons. As normal person you can get a weapons license which lets you own pistols and guns only loadable with a single bullet. Or if you are a hunter you can get a special license for hunting weapons. Germyn has a very strict weapon restriction law thingy.
Still, we have super authentic airsoft-guns here. Without this little orange thing on the front ;P
They totally look like real guns.
I know nothing about modding and or modeling. I just subscribed on self installing mods on steam for L4D2 XD

Yay nice ones :D
I still prefered the original charakters, but also wanted to loosen the whole thing up (loosen the hole up hehehe....I'm so sorry.). And since I don't have any idea about modding games or modeling and stuff I just looked for things I like on the steam network xP
I don't play L4D2 very often, though. I usually prefer Killing Floor or the newcomer game 7 Days to Die.

i botched my kf somehow
my levels stopped working, even though ive not modded it yet!
soo after three weeks of it not working i started modding it because it became apparent that vanilla wasnt gonna cut it no more...
but im always modding o.o
while i cant model, i am constantly in the scripts codes and textures X3
hell, if you wanted me to i could make your fursona to replace one of the chars in l4d2. i mean, not that hard once you get the hang of it.
since your sona is a fox like mine, i can base it off the same model :D (which means you'd replace ellis)
hehe, it'd be an interesting challenge for me, never done someone else's sona before...

I don't even know where in the gamefiles to put the mod files...xD
Hm...KF is somehow glitchy now and then D: It can always happen that your levels get deleted or something. Mostly after special events like christmas etc.
I'm not sure xP
Most of the steam mods I'm using say they don't work together with other character-customization mods and I had a lot of troubleshooting until it worked like now...^^;
I assume it would be another big thing to put in another mod e.e
Thank you, though!
Also for the watch :D

oh i can explain everything to you!
if two mods are conflicting it means they share a common file. If this is the case, the the mod higher up in the modlist will overwrite the conflicting file.
this means that you can have as many conflicting mods as you want, but only the ones higher up in your modlist will gain priority.
if its character mods then the likelyhood is you either have two mods replacing the same char, OR they all contain a resource/"closecaption_english.txt" file. if the second one is the case, then all of the mods rename one or more characters, which is what causes the conflict since each character name is stored in the same file.
and, as for the location of the mods, thats also very simple.
when you download mods from the workshop, they are saved to this folder (on windows 7 anyway) C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons\workshop
an easier way to access this directory is to go to steam, open your game library and right click l4d2, then go to properties, local files and browse local files. it should take you to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Left 4 Dead 2" i think.
:3
basically, mods in l4d2 are in VPK format, this means that its simple to install too. you know that addons folder? you simply put VPKs into it!
thats it!.
beware though, some mods include custom sounds, which require a different method to install or there may be minor errors in the sound, such as whistling at the end of each sound effect.

god i didnt even make it complicated XD
thats literally as simple as it gets. i told you where the mods are saved and what errors you are getting X3
im gonna make the wild assumption you're not a computer nerd, right?
