
Here are the next group of tools I'll be using.
The spools in the plastic tray are copper foil. The copper foil is like a copper tape. It has adhesive on one side.
The middle tool is an x-acto blade.
The white tool is a burnishing tool.
I now have all of the glass cut. My next step is to clean off the pieces and cover the edges of each piece with copper foil.
Once pressed on to the edge of the glass it then needs to be burnished. I the burnishing tool to rub the copper foil smooth on the glass. It helps the foil to adhear better to the glass as well.
Once the copper foil is on the glass piece I sometimes have edges that don't line up quite right so I use the x-acto blade to trim the foil.
