I know it looks a bit like a jigsaw puzzle but this is the whole pegasus cut. I removed it from the pattern page, thusly losing the set up. Am I a glutton for punishment? ;)

You can see that I have begun to foil the pieces, beginning at the head. I will use push pins to hold the piece together in the proper shape (next picture).

Ignore the odd reflection on the glass at the bottom. That's from my hand covering the flash so I could get a better shot.
