I should get one of my fairy types out there already. SO YEAH. This is one of the Pokemon that got reworked into Fairy after the announcement of the type. It was going to be more animalistic but wound up more like just a lightbulb, more or less based on the little ball of light typically associated with fairies, most notably with the Zelda universe's fairies. Also I noticed a neat thing I could do to make the innards of a lightbulb look like a face.

-Entry Flare: Upon being sent out, it will lower the opposing Pokemon's accuracy. (Much like Intimidate with Attack.)
