So... yeah...

Kinda decided I wanted to have a go at creating a new character, and then this happened. Created a new species to boot, because reasons.

Kudos to  goldenphoenix101 for putting up with my constant changes and additions whilst she was trying to doodle this up lol. Would you believe the major design piece of this species was an accident? No? Ah well.

So yeah, Toxa are a species of (Eastern) dragon-like humanoid animals mixed with hints of feline traits, a pair of wings which can vanish at will, and a body full of mystical sigils and glyphs/symbols.

Most members of the species have a name which features an X in it, like Lexyn here. They all have manes of varying sizes and shapes, a long flexivble fluffy tail, and fur/skin colours of all types. They usually have long ears and one or two pairs of horns adorning their head, as well as scales along their muzzles.

All members of the species have the ability to shapeshift into feral versions of their humanoid selves, too.

So yeah, my stab at trying to create my own species. If people wanna go ahead and use this as an inspiration for their own characters, wewt! If not, ah well, they'll always look awesome to me, at least. <3

More info and my own art on Lexyn likely to follow once I have some time... for now, I must see about getting the last of these pesky British friends of mine out of my country! (<3)
