Paperhouse is an obscure British film from 1988. A dark fantasy/horror film I suppose. It definitly has that in-perfected relaxed 80's camera work and production standard if you know what I mean. The soundtrack, incredibly was written by Hans Zimmer! (Same guy responsible for the music on The Dark Knight, Inception and many other big Hollywood films)!

I really miss these sorts of films, Vestron pictures really had a good thing for making odd low budget yet amazing films back in the 80's.

Anyway, this soundtrack, along with the film itself, is very haunting and something I will never forget.
