Just some base critique. First, the lower part including tail are all rather good. Keep it up there.
For the bad I'd suggest using a different pose next time. You have her hand up as if she had just been staring at it while it transformed when we see no physical difference on it. Perhaps you could've gone with he hand being nearer to her face as her face has taken the brunt, or reaching back to touch her tail?
