SO MY SHIT ASS SCANNER COMPLETELY RAPED THIS. I did my best to try and adjust it as much as I could, but there was only so much I could do. I really, really need a new scanner...and a computer for that matter. :|
But anyway, here is the finished half of my collab with the wonderful, awesome, amazing
! I had SO much fun coloring this. I ended up spending WAY too much time on this, but I did try hard not to make it too busy this time. Hopefully it shows. x__x
So pictured here, obviously, is Elise the Carolina Dingo and Crow the Wolf, laughing their asses off at what is most likely a gory, killer, completely badass and in no way cheesy, 80's horror flick. I threw in a few of my favorites up on the wall there before I printed this out just for the lolz.
Really tried to play with the lighting more in this one. As you can probably tell, I have no idea how do. Lighting? Highlights? Shadows? WHAT IS?? Oh well. I'll keep practicing and playing around with it. But overall I am pretty pleased with how this turned out. Hopefully Elise likes it too!
Thanks so much for collaborating with me, my love!! We definitely need to do this again because I seriously had a BLAST. I happen to think our styles mesh very well together don't you? ;3
Critique is always welcomed and very much appreciated!! I love dat shit, gaiz, srsly. <3

You did SUCH a better job on the lighting than you are giving yourself credit for! You did a great job with it in my opinion! I really like how you can see the light coming from the TV, and the effect it has on Crow's face in particular. And the way it makes the wall go from lighter to dark, and the blanket, and shit gurl you got SKILLZ recognize!! Seriously! I really like yalls work together as well. I must get to creeping on Elise's work more than I was already!
You really did an awesome job with the coloring, I like the greys you used for Crow. Do you use warm greys for her? I think I've asked this before. Cause I need to get me markers that are Crow colors so you should send me a note or a text about that cause here I am rambling on this amazing picture.
I love all the detail to this! Gah you do such lovely shading, love it especially on Crow's fur and the folds in Elise's shirt. And see the more I look at this the more lighting effects I see, like the darker areas on Elise's leg and foot and the bits of blue that would get thrown in there from the light from the TV shit girl you did more than you realize I could stare at this forever.
And omg Dead Alive love that movie. Even though that movie cover used to scare me all the time when I was a kid walking through Blockbuster, lol. Omg back in the day yo.
ILU SO MUCH MY CROWS <33333

Awwww!! Thank you so much my loves!! ^.^ I use warm grays for crow! :3 but I'm not particular about her color. If you don't have warm grays, don't go out of your way and buy markers to make it "perfect"! Anything you do I will be thrilled with, ok?? She is straight forward and I hardly ever draw or color her the same way twice. XP So go crazy!! I can't thank you enough for all of your kind words about my colors. You are way too sweet to me always. ;3; I love you so much and I will respond to your text momentarily! <3333
