its a recent Head build, but not really a "new" style. Only a smaller husky muzzle design.

Actually, the fursuit I was looking for turned out to be

icefoxix. In going through FCN '13 photos I found a pic of a canine fursuit with beautiful blue eyes laying in Tundru's lap, but didn't recognize him from the SSC photo shoots.
