Chibi Adopt 5: Icy Wing
this is a chibi adopt for 
dreixes
I had fun making him, I was thinking of snow/ice dragon while I created him so I added fluffly tuffs to him. The spikes on his tail are on both sides, and he does have two wings I didn't draw the 2nd one in to help keep the image uncluttered
The corset piercing is optional on his nose, you may removed it if you like (though the "studs" I would like to remain as scales if you do so)

Reminder:
Once you get the adopt you have full rights to the character (I just own this piece of art).
You may change their hairstyle, pick their gender, change their antlers, slight alterations to pattern, and give them new outfits.
YOU MAY NOT CHANGE:
Please do not alter the colors or fur pattern to much, that's what makes them unique.

If you find you no longer want the little fella you may resell them, however you can not resell for a higher price then you bought them for. If you want to give away or resell lease inform me of this, I would like to know who the design is going to.
