Today I had come across a strange series of noises that lead me to a band of small creatures all furiously working away at a Cliffside with picks and hammers before turning towards me simply staring. I had sat down and introduced myself while keeping myself as calm as possible while they surrounded me and, from what I presume anyway, were looking for any sign of threat. When they decided to return to their work, I pulled out my notebook and a pencil to jot away their features and notes about their work habits. One of them appeared to be clinging to my shoulder seemingly reading what I wrote while chuckling about pieces by the sounds of the light voice. I had made friends with them and asked if in return for information I would bring them any supplies they needed, it was a nice leap in my studies and all it's cost me so far is some sweets and a bottle of sake so far. These Dwarven beings were a first for my eyes.

I'm sorry it's been a bit to get stuff out but I just have been working two jobs so my free time is taken from me sleeping a lot.
